Most in-stock items are processed within 2-3 business days. Delivery typically takes 7-14 business days depending on your location and the size of the item.
Do you offer white-glove delivery service?
Yes, for select large furniture pieces, we offer a premium white-glove service which includes room-of-choice delivery, assembly, and removal of all packaging materials.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition and packaging. Please note that custom-made or final sale items are not eligible for return.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also log into your Soto account to view real-time updates on your shipment.
